Thai Bodywork can help with a range of issues.  It can be particularly effective in reducing stress, headaches, muscular and chronic pain, as well as boosting energy levels, stimulating circulation and improving range of motion.

1:1 Yoga


One-to-one yoga sessions with me online, at Breathing Space, or your home in Dublin. 

You might be working with something specific to you, or wish to work on a particular element of your practice.  Each session is tailored to your needs and how you feel on the day, while keeping your overall objectives in mind.    

Breath Coaching

Public Group Classes & Workshops

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Breathing Space, Unit B, Southgate, Cork Street, Dublin, D08 VHW1

Join me and Claire Hayden for a two-hour restorative yoga workshop where you’re invited to slow down and welcome some rest into your life. Our aim is that you leave after the practice feeling more grounded, relaxed and centred, with a sense of clarity, wellbeing and connection.

The workshop is facilitated with a trauma-informed and inclusive approach, with plenty of options. No prior experience of yoga or yoga nidra is required. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. All mats and props are provided at the studio but you are always welcome to bring your own mat, blankets, cushions, and anything else to make yourself comfortable.

Tea and snacks will be provided after the workshop if you’d like to stay and chat with other participants. This, along with every movement, pose or practice offered at the workshop, is completely optional.

€35 per person
